There is a penumbral lunar eclipse on July 4/ July 5, 2020 that is visible in South/ West Europe, much of Africa, much of North America, South America, Pacific, Atlantic, Indian Ocean, and Antarctic regions.
The Penumbral phase begins at 08:37:23 a.m. IST and ends at 11:22:21 a.m. IST on July 5, 2020 (this corresponds to night of July 4th for those living in US, and the eclipse will end in the early hours of July 5th for them).
It is not visible in India and most countries to the east of India.

Since this is a penumbral eclipse, no remedies needed for the stars on which the eclipse point falls.
BUT, it is still a good time for mantra-shastraic activities for those living in regions of visibility of the eclipse.
